She has been a grief recovery specialist for five years, is an author, has taught her SMILE™ Approach to self-awareness for four years, co-authored The Loss of Me: Holistic Grief Education for Caregivers, and is a certified Advanced Grief Recovery Method specialist and End-Of-Life doula.

The Loss of Me: Holistic Grief Education for Caregivers A Spiritually Informed and Integrated Educational Program is an 8-session learning journey that helps individuals explore grief, emotional pain, and self-limiting beliefs. Through self-awareness, reflective storytelling, emotional expression, and personal legacy work, participants can find meaning, resilience, and hope after loss.
This is not therapy. It is a self-guided, spiritually informed and integrated educational program that supports reflection, self-compassion, and personal growth. Using psychological insights and gentle spiritual guidance that honors all religious and cultural beliefs, the program offers practical tools, creative exercises, and opportunities to reflect on life experiences and create a meaningful legacy.
